Week 24 - Rome wasn't built in a day 🏗
After being surprised by Manus last week and building an almost fully working website, of course, I decided to make it fully working 🤓🤩
So yes, I’ve installed git, Node.js, npm, created an account on GitHub (for some reason I’ve already had Visual Code Editor on my laptop 😲), and connected all of that with Netlify, which means that to make any changes on the website I need to do these things:
ask ChatGPT a question
change code in App.jsx on my laptop
deploy updates to Github, by writing next commands in the Command Prompt (cmd):
git add .
git commit -m "name of the update"
git push origin master
enjoy changes on the website 🥳
Pretty easy, huh? 😏
And it’s easy when I’m putting it that way (remember I’m not a developer even though I have some coding experience), still I had to ask Manus and ChatGPT for help, and one more insight I’ve learned that Manus is really good for solving a complex task (like creating a website from scratch), and ChatGPT is so much better for smaller tasks (such as copy-pasting the full code of my App.jsx file and asking why the website is a blank white page 😲😅).
TL;DR After spending a week on small tweaks, meet my fully working personal website 🤩😎🥳
Of course, there is always room for growth. I want to improve texts, make an “About me” page, add a blog, and still, I’ll be doing it slowly since Rome wasn’t built in a day 😏
Also, this week I tried something I wanted to do for a long time - short-form motivational videos for people to help overcome their mindset barriers 🤓
Yes, it went pretty well, with 181 views and 16 likes in 5 days, and 6 new subscribers to my channel 😲🤩
So I’ve done analyses of drops (like where exactly people stopped watching), transcribed 9 YT videos about how to make good videos, put it all together into ChatGPT, and kinda created my own YT Lab that I’ll be using to create better videos in the future, and the next one will be out next week about the power of small steps 💪
Also, I’m playing with an ideas of gathering curious people who learns daily into a community with the code name “IDKFA” - the cheat code from doom that grants the player full health, ammo, weapons, armor, and all keys, and also an abbreviation that stands for “I Don’t Know Fucking Anything” with the idea that the more we know, the more we realize we know nothing, and just continue moving forward 🚀
And yeah, this week I had a pretty long list of great thoughts, so definitely check them out 😉👇

Song of the week:
It’s a song from a russian group that left russia after the war started because they are fully against it (they are even called “foreign agents” in russia), and it’s very emotional to me because it’s chorus goes like:
“Let the city sleep peacefully
These are not bombs, but just summer thunder”

“Achieving one goal can open up another. Efforts to change may reveal a more pressing or underlying concern that requires attention.”
“Before introducing new information, explore what people already know but perhaps have not integrated into their choices”
“We tend to compare our own behavior with that of people who are close to us, so if you hang out with people who are outliers, extreme seems normal”
