Week 26 - Giving value by responding šŸ‘ˆ

This week, I led a 2-hour workshop (for 499 euros) for a company with a community and a community platform, but they’re still in the early stages of their journey and needed guidance on where to begin.

It consisted of 5 parts, and I even felt like 2 hours wasn’t enough 😲

Still, we’ve gone through so many topics, and I feel happy and totally sure that if they implement at least half of the things we’ve talked about, they’ll have a really good foundation for growing their community (and business) and giving extra value to their members šŸ’ŖšŸ¤—

Of course, ideas without implementation are worth almost nothing, but we’ve come up with a doable action plan for the next month, so fingers crossed, and I’m rooting for them šŸ¤žšŸ¤©

The funniest thing is that after I’ve created my website and had a webinar last week about the importance of connecting community with business, I’ve received 2 more bookings on my website, and will see what will happen out of it.

Still, I’m certain that being an expert is not enough, you must ensure you’re always visible and that people know not just your expertise, but also that they can work with you and how to do that.

That’s exactly why I’m applying to more conferences, webinars, and podcast appearances, so that I’ll be pursuing 2 goals:

  • giving people as much value as I can on a bigger scale

  • showing up out there so more folks know how the hell am I!

By the way, the approach I’ve tried here to creating content is working very well for me, and this week I’ve made another post on LI where I answered real questions instead of coming up with some more educational content, so one more thing I’ll be focusing more is solving real human cases and challenges so that we can both benefit:

  • them by having all the needed answers right away

  • me - by creating valuable content that can help others, too, and also bring me potential clients šŸ˜

Also, moving forward with the idkfa community - I already have 1 member (except for me šŸ˜…), and 2 more people I’ve invited, but I'm still waiting for their feedback, so let’s see what will happen next.

Also, I’ve created my third video, and I believe it’s getting better every time šŸ¤“šŸ¤©

Fewer views, but more likes, which is great! Keep working on šŸ’ŖšŸ˜Ž
